The client wanted to maximize the use of this postage-stamp-sized site in Lake Grove. It is a highly visible site and we wanted to create a showpiece for a small business. By balancing the requirements of parking, landscaping and the building footprint, we designed a 4000 square foot office building. The real success was satisfying the client, the city, and the neighbors. click for larger view
